The EU has been Ukraine’s largest donor for decades, focusing on economic and social development, and a wide range of reforms and people-to-people contacts. The EU has stood side by side with Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression, providing billions of euros in support to the Ukrainian state, economy, society and the Armed Forces.
