In solidarity for health: Bolstering COVID-19 response and deployment of vaccines and vaccination in the Eastern Partnership


This factsheet describes the programme ‘Solidarity for Health’, a joint effort of the European Union and the WHO Regional Office for Europe in six countries of the Eastern Partnership – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine. Part of the Team Europe response to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Eastern Partnership, this initiative targets short-term health needs and longer-term socio-economic recovery.
