Green Camp for young people from Armenia and Georgia – Apply by 21 September
EU4Youth has launched the first regional green camp for Georgian and Armenian youth as part of its Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) project.
The activity aims to strengthen cooperation between young people from Georgia and Armenia, to foster future partnerships, raise youth awareness on climate change, environmental issues, and circular solutions, and promote social entrepreneurship to enhance green growth in both countries.
CENN invites 14-29-year-old young leaders from Lori, Shirak, and Tavush marzes in Armenia and Gori, Ninotsminda or Akhmeta municipality in Georgia, interested in climate change, environment protection and social entrepreneurship, to take part in one of three shifts.
The camp will take place in Georgia, at the Bulachauri Green Centre, on 13-23 October 2022, 1-10 November 2022, and 1-10 December 2022.
All classes and activities will be conducted in English, so candidates should have a good command of English (at least B1 level).
The deadline for applications is 21 September.
The Regional Youth Green Camp is organised by the EU-funded project EU4Youth SEED project, implemented by the Caucasus Environmental Non-Governmental Network (CENN) in partnership with Green Lane NGO (Armenia) and the Kakheti Regional Development Foundation (KRDF).
