Apply for EYE Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2025!

The EU-funded ‘Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs’ programme is looking for former participants, including from Moldova and Ukraine, who completed their EYE exchange between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024 and are willing to share their success stories.

The stories should demonstrate how the exchange enriched your business, or what advantages it brought to your community or even broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.

To apply, you need to provide a detailed description (maximum 2000 characters) of your success story, create a video (maximum 60 seconds) highlighting the impact of your EYE experience, and fill in an application form.

The shotlisted finalists (two new entrepreneurs and two host entrepreneurs) will be invited to pitch their story at the 34th EYE Network Meeting, taking place in Bergamo, Italy, on 18-19 March 2025.

The winner will receive a trip to the SME Assembly 2025 – the biggest event in Europe for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The deadline for applications is 2 February.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs helps to provide aspiring European entrepreneurs with the skills necessary to start and/or successfully run a small business in Europe. New entrepreneurs gather and exchange knowledge and business ideas with an experienced entrepreneur, with whom they stay and collaborate for a period of 1 to 6 months. The stay is partly financed by the European Commission.

Of the EaP countries, the programme is currently active in Moldova and Ukraine.
