ENPARD: grant call for start-ups and existing businesses in rural Georgia

The Anti-Violence Network of Georgia, with EU support, has announced a small grant call for start-ups and existing businesses in Zestafoni, Tskaltubo, Vani, Kvareli, Lagodekhi, and Gurjaani municipalities.

This funding initiative aims to foster the growth of small businesses, tourism and agriculture in those regions.

Start-up businesses can apply for a grant of between GEL 14,500 and GEL 130,500. In case of developing and existing business, the applicants can request a grant between GEL 43,500 and GEL 145,000.

The deadline for applications is 27 January 2025.

The call is part of the EU-supported European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD IV) programme aimed at strengthening inclusive and sustainable growth and enhancing the well-being of people and communities living in Georgia’s rural areas. The current phase of the programme is focused on reviving rural areas, promoting balanced and inclusive multisectoral development, and supporting the structural transformation of the economic and social fabric of rural communities in four regions of Georgia – Kakheti, Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti and Guria.
