National minorities: House of Europe offers international cooperation grants for organisations

The EU-funded House of Europe programme, implemented by Goethe-Institut Ukraine, is launching its seventh wave of international cooperation grants to support projects working on the topic of national minorities.

Applicants can get up to €50,000 to carry out an electronic music festival, sound art residency, documentary theatrical play, contemporary art exhibition, or another bold idea.

The call is open to tandems of EU-Ukrainian and UK-Ukrainian non-profit orgаnisations. Both organisations should have a portfolio of implemented projects, and at least one should have experience working with national minorities.

In addition, they can invite more partners from the EU, the UK, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or Moldova.

The deadline for applications is 28 February.

The House of Europe programme fosters professional and creative exchange between Ukrainians and their colleagues in EU countries and the UK. It focuses on different professional fields: culture and creative industries, education and youth work, social entrepreneurship, and media. An additional priority is put on supporting the national minorities of Ukraine.
