Second 2025 EaP Civil Society Fellowship call – Apply by 31 May!
The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility Project has announced the second call for applications for its 2025 EU-funded Fellowship programme.
The call for civil society fellows is open to all citizens of the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine), regardless of their current location. The applicant should be over the age of 18, with good English language skills, and have an idea for a fellowship project in the area of community engagement or civic tech.
Under this call, there are two types of fellowship: Community Engagement Fellowships and Civic Digital Fellowships. The call is open to any fellowship project ideas that contribute to promoting participatory decision-making and social justice, strengthening accountability, the rule of law, and security; supporting resilient and inclusive digitalisation, and having a sustainable and integrated economy. Additional evaluation points will be given for fellowship projects contributing to Countering Misinformation and Disinformation.
The deadline for applications is 31 May. Applications can be made online.
The selected candidates will be provided with tailored training and coaching, €5,000 to implement activities, and networking opportunities. You will also be allowed to become part of the EaP Civil Society Facility’s Fellowship alumni network.
An information webinar for potential applicants to guide them through the application process will be held on 6 May. Registration for the webinar is here.
Next calls will be opened in Winter 2025, Spring 2026, Winter 2026, and Spring 2027.
