Aylan Mustafayeva

I am a dedicated youth worker from Baku, Azerbaijan, with a passion for unlocking the potential of young people in their personal and professional journeys. During my master’s studies at ADA University, I embraced opportunities to engage in international training programmes, mobility exchanges, and volunteering projects across Europe through Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. As part of the EU4Youth initiative, I lead two projects, ‘Shape Your Future’ and ‘Vision in Action’, where I guide young people in discovering their strengths and building paths toward fulfilling careers. For me, seeing their growth and confidence is the most rewarding part of this journey.
