Georgia: EU-funded project for active youth from Ajara region

Motivated and active young people, aged 16-29, and leaving in Kobuleti, Keda, Shuakhevi, and Khulo municipalities of Ajara region, Georgia, are invited to take part in the ‘Young Ambassadors for Europe’ project, launched by the ‘Batumi Independent Living Centre’ NGO.

Selected participants will gain in-depth knowledge about EU values, programmes and activities in Georgia during a three-day summer school. Project participants will then carry out practical activities in their communities to raise awareness among local residents about EU activities.

Participants will receive financial support for their activities.

Interested candidates are invited to fill out the registration form by 20 July.

The project is supported by the European Union; it is implemented by the consortium led by Konrad Adenauer Stifftung (KAS) in cooperation with the Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC), Civil Society Foundation (CSF) and Independent Journalists’ House (IJH)”.

The project ‘Young Ambassadors for Europe’ has no connection with the Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) network, run by the EUNEIGBOURS EAST programme.
