SustainABLE training programme for youth workers from Eastern Partner countries

Youth workers from the Eastern Partnership are invited to take part in an international training programme, SustainABLE!, that explores the intersection of social and environmental justice in youth work and develops strategies to include marginalised young people in these conversations.

The programme will take place from 21 to 25 October 2025 in Lithuania. It is organised as part of the SALTO-YOUTH (Support, Advanced Learning and Training Opportunities for Youth) network, working within the Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps programmes.

This training course is designed to empower youth workers and educators with the tools and knowledge to engage young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, in critical discussions and actions related to sustainability, the climate crisis, and environmental protection. Through an interactive and participatory approach, participants will explore the systemic changes needed to address these global challenges, and practical changes needed in their practice to better support young people through the climate crisis.

The deadline for applications is 24 August.

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. Before applying please contact the NA of your residence country to check if it is involved in this concrete project and committed to cover travel costs.
