Apply now: College of Europe training for Ukrainian public officials
Applications are now open for the next sessions of the EU-supported training programme on European integration for Ukrainian public officials at the College of Europe in Natolin.
The upcoming sessions will focus on Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills for Ukrainian public administration employees.
The deadline for applications is 8 September at 17:00 (Kyiv Time)
The Training Programme is a key component of the EU-funded ‘Natolin4 Capacity Building Phase II – Strengthening Ukrainian Public Administration for EU Integration’ project, designed to equip Ukrainian officials with the necessary knowledge and skills required for successful accession to the European Union.
To participate in the programme, you should:
- Be actively engaged in the European Integration process (members of negotiation working groups will be given preference);
- Demonstrate strong motivation to enhance your knowledge and analytical skills;
- An English proficiency level of B2 is required to fully benefit from the programme;
- Be able to commit the necessary time required for all programme activities;
- Be a public administration employee.
Dates and Themes:
- 4th Edition: 2 November – 12 December 12, 2025
Focus: Cluster 3 – Competitiveness & Inclusive Growth - 5th Edition: 11 January – 20 February, 2026
Focus: Cluster 5 – Resources, Agriculture & Cohesion
The Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II – Strengthening Ukrainian Public Administration for EU Integration (N4CB-II ) is funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin and the High School of Public Governance, in cooperation with the Governmental Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.
The project will run until January 2027 and will provide training for 100 selected Ukrainian public administration employees through six-week tailored programmes delivered with the participation of EU experts, including practitioners with hands-on experience in EU accession negotiations.
