Annual Survey 2025: Azerbaijan
This ‘Annual Survey 2025 – Azerbaijan. Perception of the European Union’ was carried out by the EU regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood (EU NEIGHBOURS east). The survey was conducted in May 2025, with face-to-face interviews.
Most Azerbaijani citizens – 61% – feel relations between the EU and Azerbaijan are good, according to the 2025 annual survey of opinion in Azerbaijan, but only 25% have a positive image of the EU, with 37% neutral and 10% negative.
