EU4Youth Report 2024 – Empowering Youth: Advancing employment, participation and education opportunities in the Eastern Partnership

This latest EU4Youth Report highlights the results achieved in 2024, underscoring the programme’s continuous contribution to engaging, empowering and connecting young people across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. As the EU’s largest youth initiative in the region, EU4Youth supports education, employability, entrepreneurship, and civic participation, while contributing to reduced youth unemployment and strengthened active citizenship.

Based on biannual data collection from project implementors and grantees, as well as the annual end-beneficiary survey, the report offers insights into the programme’s direct impact on young people’s lives. It provides a comprehensive overview of progress made in 2024 across three priority areas: Education and Employability, Employment and Entrepreneurship, and Engagement and Empowerment.
