TAIEX Workshop on Practices of regulation and supervision of gambling and lottery market and protection of consumers and players of gambling services

The goal is to gain experience (to get acquainted with rules, standards) of other EU Member States on regulation and supervision of gambling and lotteries, including licensing, inspections and penalties, protection of citizens’ rights (including children) from negative influence of gambling, requirements for gambling advertising, requirements for online systems (providing (including in Internet) organisation and holding of gambling games, collection of data on accepted bets, their accounting and registration, determination, accounting and payment of winnings (prizes), as well as implementation of other operations related to organization and holding of gambling games, and storage of relevant information).
