Creative Europe: programme allows more flexibility and partnerships to support artists from Ukraine

In light of the war with Ukraine, the EU-funded Creative Europe Programme has decided to allow its beneficiaries flexibility in submitting deliverables and deadline extensions under ‘force majeure’ circumstances. This will support the Programme’s Ukrainian partners.

At the same time, the European Commission is encouraging organisations in the cultural and creative sectors to set up partnerships with artists and institutions in Ukraine and to avoid any further collaboration projects that support Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine.
