Georgian Energy Sector Reform (GESR) aims at strengthening the country’s energy security, improving the energy efficiency of public, industrial, and residential buildings and relevant infrastructure, and, in line with EU directives, to support the ongoing reforms of the electricity market and endorse the further development of renewable energy.
