A Resilience and Growth Plan for Armenia 

This factsheet explains a €270 million Resilience and Growth Plan for Armenia for 2024-2027, consisting of €200 million in grant assistance and €70 million in grant funding to leverage investments in connectivity, resilience and business development.

The factsheet highlights how this Plan will support Armenian civil society, invest in the country’s connectivity and businesses and bring Armenia closer to Europe.
