Baseline Report on Culture and Creativity in Non-Capital Cities and Towns in Eastern Partnership Countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine

The “Baseline Report on Culture and Creativity in Non-Capital Cities and Towns in Eastern Partnership Countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine” is a first research paper of the EU4Culture project.
The report provides an overview of cultural baseline analysis – with the main findings and recommendations for the cultural sector in regional cities across the five participating countries. 
The paper has been prepared by an international expert, Dr. Tom Fleming, and the EU4Culture team.
