Handbook for engaging men and boys for gender equality

The handbook is a resource intended for Armenian civil society organizations and state agencies. It provides knowledge and tools to assist in planning processes and activities aimed at engaging men and boys in promoting gender equality. The section titled “The Scope of Engaging Men and Boys for Gender Equality” highlights the importance of using approaches and methodologies to challenge and change harmful patriarchal attitudes that are deeply rooted in culture, particularly concerning masculinity, behaviour, and gender norms. Additionally, the section “Main Resources for Engaging Men and Boys for Gender Equality” includes a variety of resources that can be utilised to involve men and boys in efforts towards gender equality.
