Women and men in Armenia

Gender statistics encompass 17 sections: demography, migration, health, social security and protection, education and science, crime, the working-age population/labor resources, the population out of the labor force, labor force participation, employment, informal employment, working hours, monthly earnings, unemployment (including officially registered unemployment), household and living conditions, governance and influence, and a survey on domestic violence against women (2021).

These statistics aim to raise public awareness about the status of women compared to men and facilitate the study of gender-related issues.
