Armenia: grants for Armenian civic society to tackle human rights issues of refugees

As part of the EU-funded ‘Human Rights for and with Refugees’ programme, the Democracy Development Foundation launches a call for proposals aiming to tackle human rights issues faced by Armenian refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh.

The call is open to non-governmental organisations registered and operating in Armenia, with a proven track record in implementing human rights-related programmes.

The sub-grants will be awarded to three organisations to conduct five discussions (two in Yerevan and three in the regions) with different groups of IDPs and to implement activities aimed at addressing the human rights issues identified.

Each winning organisation will receive a €50,000 grant (equivalent in AMD).

The deadline for applications is 16 June.
