College of Europe offers full scholarships for students from Eastern Partner countries for Academic Year 2025/2026
The College of Europe has launched a call for applications for the academic year 2025/2026. It is open to students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine who have completed at least a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or are in their final year of university studies.
The College of Europe, founded in 1949, is the oldest and one of the most prestigious institutions specialising in postgraduate European studies. It has campuses in Bruges (Belgium), Natolin (Warsaw, Poland), and Tirana (Albania).
Applicants from the six Eastern Partner (EaP) countries are eligible to apply for a 10-month Advanced Master’s for the following programmes, running from September to June:
- Advanced Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies (Natolin, Warsaw, Poland)
- Advanced Master of Science in European Economic Studies (Bruges, Belgium)
- Advanced Master of European Law (Bruges, Belgium)
- Advanced Master of Arts in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies (Bruges, Belgium)
- Advanced Master of Arts in European Political and Governance Studies (Bruges, Belgium)
- Advanced Master of Arts in European Transformation and Integration – The EU and Southeastern Europe (Tirana, Albania)
The programmes at the College of Europe are bilingual, with classes conducted in both English and French. Students admitted to the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw, Poland) who need to improve their English or French can attend the Summer Language Academy, which offers intensive online language courses in August, before the start of the academic year.
The deadline for applications is 15 January.
Students from the Eastern Partnership applying to the academic programmes in Natolin and Bruges are eligible for full scholarships, covering tuition fees, board and lodging on campus, and pocket money during the academic year.
Additionally, students applying to the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw, Poland) have access to other full scholarships: History and Civilisation and Journalism and Media studies.
Ukrainian applicants can benefit from additional full scholarships granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, dedicated to students enrolled in the European Interdisciplinary Studies programme at the College of Europe in Natolin.
