Cultural and Creative Industries: opportunity to empower community-driven platforms across Georgia

The EU-funded ‘Creative Compass Georgia’ project is launching a new opportunity to strengthen and to support Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) in the regions of Georgia.

Through this call, the project will empower Community-Driven Platforms, spaces in which multiple representatives of the Cultural and Creative Industries within a municipality (outside of Tbilisi) can meet, exchange and collaborate, physically or virtually. These can be already existing or newly created under this opportunity.

These platforms foster multi-stakeholder collaboration with a strong focus on sustainable approaches, aiming to (re-)vitalise cultural life by promoting innovation, resource sharing and long-term growth, ensuring that cultural and creative industries thrive and contribute to overall regional development.

Applications can be submitted by independent cultural and creative organisations operating in a municipality (outside of Tbilisi).

The deadline for applications is 17 June.

Creative Compass Georgia’ strengthens cultural and creative industries across Georgia, improving the country’s socio-economic environment. The project focuses on advancing creative resources, developing spaces, creating opportunities, and promoting creative entrepreneurship. It is funded by the European Union and co-funded and implemented by the Goethe-Institut Georgien.
