Eight-month volunteering opportunity in Bulgaria – open to Ukraine

The Delphi Association for Strategic Management calls on young volunteers from Europe, including Ukraine, to join them for a series of activities promoting democratic participation and to combat forms of discrimination. The activity will last eight months and take place in Burgas, Bulgaria.

Participants will take part in activities to generate ideas and implement volunteer initiatives and campaigns aimed at inclusion and diversity. These include preparing volunteer activities with the local community, supporting informal communities and organisations, managing discussion forums, and more. Additionally, training will be provided prior to the activity as well as on arrival, validated in a European Youthpass certificate. Free training of the host country’s language is offered through the EU’s online language platform.

Volunteers are provided with accommodation, transport ato and from Bulgaria, and pocket money.

The activity is planned for four participants, primarily aimed at young people aged 18-30 with fewer opportunities, regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation or education. The planned activity is for a period of 8 months from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026.

The deadline for applications is 4 August at 22:59.

The volunteering is organised under the European Solidarity Corps, which creates opportunities for young people aged 18-30 to engage in solidarity activities abroad or in their country in projects that benefit communities.
