EU-funded Social Service Accelerator։ People in Need calls for Armenian CSOs

People in Need (PIN) invites Armenian civil society organisations (CSOs) and grassroots initiatives active in Shirak, Aragatsotn, Tavush and Gegharkunik regions to apply to the Social Service Accelerator․ The programme will take place from October 2025 to January 2026.

The Social Service Accelerator is implemented as part the EU-funded ‘RISE – Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion and Empowerment of the Displaced and Vulnerable Population’ project, a joint initiative led by World Vision Armenia, in partnership with the Armenian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and PIN. The project seeks to empower vulnerable populations through the development of innovative social services, specifically targeting refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh across Armenia’s regions.

The Accelerator will support up to 20 organisations through an 4-months intensive capacity-building programme, after which up to 10 participants will be competitively selected to receive sub-grants of up to €50,000 to pilot their newly developed services.

The Accelerator supports CSOs and grassroots initiatives working or planning to work in social patronage and social rehabilitation services. Community-based multifunctional social care services, which aim to improve the quality of life, resilience, and independence of people with diverse physical and mental health conditions, addictions, and other specific support needs, including those displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, are also eligible.

The deadline for applications is 17 September.

The online information meeting will be held on 9 September. To participate, please register by 7 September. For registration or questions, you can write to: grantsarmenia@peopleinneed.net
