EUACI announces calls to support civil society projects in the field of anti-corruption


The European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) for Ukraine has announced three grant calls to support civil society projects in the field of anti-corruption.

The national call for capacity-building activities to strengthen anti-corruption CSOs and investigative media aims to attract new talent to the anticorruption sector, the capacity development of CSOs, and fostering networking and sharing of best practices among national and regional CSOs in the field of anti-corruption. The call budget of €250,000 will be divided between two or three CSOs.

The national call on ‘The selection process to anti corruption institutions’ aims to assist civil society in conducting integrity assessments of candidates for heads and other staff of anti-corruption institutions, as well as judges and staff of the High Anti Corruption Court. EUACI will finance at least one project with an amount of maximum €300,000.

The national call for investigative journalism aims to help investigative journalists and media investigating corruption cases. EUACI will finance at least one project with an amount of maximum €450,000.

The deadline for applications for all three calls is 31 May.
