Grant call in Georgia: establishing renewable energy community in Lagodekhi Municipality

The European Union in Georgia and the United Nations Developed Programme in Georgia (UNDP Georgia) invite non-profit, non-commercial legal entities to participate in a grant competition for establishing a renewable energy community in Lagodekhi Municipality.

This Call for Proposals is funded through the EU-supported programme ‘Support to Rural Development in Georgia’ (ENPARD-4).

Responding to Lagodekhi Municipality’s rural development and energy needs, the call aims to identify a local community-based organisation to purchase and install solar panels,  develop and implement renewable energy solutions for rural households and/or the private sector, and raise renewable energy awareness among local communities and the private sector focusing on solar energy.

The applying organisation should be registered in Lagodekhi Municipality.

The deadline for applications is 2 April 2025.
