Horizon Europe: Proposal Writing Camps for researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs in Moldova

The Moldovan National Agency for Research and Development (NARD), based in Chisinau, invites private sector participants (entrepreneurs, innovators), young researchers (including PhD candidates), and experienced researchers to take part in the Proposal Writing Camps.

The Proposal Writing Camps will support researchers and innovators from Moldova with solid project ideas related to forthcoming Horizon Europe (HEU) calls. Participants will receive training in writing high-quality competitive HEU proposals, facilitating their integration in EU research and innovation networks. The training will concentrate mainly on collaborative projects in Pillar II of Horizon Europe, on Widening calls and on Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA).

The Camp will take place on 19, 21 and 23 May 2025 in Chisinau.

The Agency also offers individual consultations with EU experts that will take place physically on Tuesdays and Thursdays of the same week with the Proposal Writing Camps. The trainers of the Proposal Writing Camps will provide personalised assistance on issues such as ‘decoding’ the call, matching between the call and the researcher’s expertise, networking with EU and consortium building, and securing roles in the consortium.

Participants will be announced after the registration deadline on 28 April

Horizon Europe (HE) is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation with a budget of €95.5 billion. The programme facilitates excellent science, collaborative research and innovation in efforts to develop and implement EU policies while tackling global challenges and fostering the tech-driven green and digital transitions.
