House of Europe: Digital Labs for Ukrainian ethnic festival organisers

The EU-funded House of Europe programme invites ethnic festival organisers in Ukraine to join its Digital Labs, planned for 11-19 March 2025.

Digital Labs is a free online programme where Ukrainian and European experts will help you develop your festival project for national communities. Based on the experience of the best events in Ukraine and the EU, the laboratory experts will tell you how to create an exciting programme with a variety of activities – from concerts to tasting of national dishes. Together with the participants they will deal with financial (fundraising) and legal issues, as well as how to promote the event.

This lab is open to organisers who have more than two years of event planning experience, who have organised at least one ethnic festival or similar event, and who are working with ethnic community organisations or creating projects in this area.

The deadline for applications is 10 January.
