Industrial Symbiosis Network in Georgia: businesses in Kakheti or Adjara invited to apply
The European Union in Georgia invites businesses in Kakheti or Adjara to join the Industrial Symbiosis Network, an opportunity supported by the European Union and implemented by the Caucasus Environmental NGOs Network (CENN) and ICLEI Europe to integrate circular economy solutions into your business.
Industrial symbiosis is an approach introduced in the European Union that helps companies to optimise processes and adopt more sustainable and profitable approaches.
The network offers exchange programmes in Georgia and abroad, access to up to 500,000 Georgian lari in funding for pilot projects, expert consultations on waste prevention and recycling, B2B networking and investor matchmaking, and promotion across media channels.
The deadline for applications is 11 April.
The Industrial Symbiosis Network is part of the ongoing project ‘Circular Cities and Regions in Georgia’, funded by the European Union and implemented by CENN in cooperation with ICLEI Europe. The project aims to strengthen climate change resilience in Georgia and support an equitable transition process by promoting waste reduction and planning and implementation of a circular economy.
