Mobility programme for Belarusians: apply for professional exchange with specialists from the EU

The MOST IV mobility programme, which promotes professional exchange between specialists from Belarus and the European Union, has opened its call for applications. The programme will accept applications on a regular basis until spring 2027.

The MOST IV programme allows Belarusians living in Belarus or abroad to undertake an internship in one or more European countries to improve their qualifications, establish professional contacts and build partnerships with European organisations.

To apply, you must be a professional or a specialist in one of the following professional sectors: society, culture, business, health, education, or sustainable development.

The MOST programme allows you to take up an internship in a partner organisation, participate in a conference or a training course, learn more or establish new professional contacts in one or several countries of the European Union.

The programme is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Goethe Institute.

Applications are open continuously from October 2024 to Spring 2027. The application must be submitted three months prior to the start of the internship.
