New course on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for Ukraine’s business community

A new online course on ‘ERP Systems for Business: Selection, Implementation, and Results’ has been developed and published on the Diia.Business platform in Ukraine.

The tool was developed by Sigma Software University, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, and the Diia.Business national project, as part of the ReACT4UA project, co-financed by the European Union, and the DT4SME project, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is software that helps businesses manage and integrate their core business processes, including finance, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer relationship management.

The course provides structured and practical knowledge for entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and accountants of small and medium-sized enterprises.

It covers the principles of ERP systems and business process automation, types of ERP solutions and criteria for selection, assessment of digital maturity and readiness for implementation, key ERP modules including financial, accounting, logistics, and production, and practical implementation cases from Ukrainian companies. It also offers guidance on safe migration from Russian software to secure alternatives.

This is a self-paced course that can be taken at any time convenient for you. Lesson duration is 3-12 minutes.

This course is a part of a broader effort to advance the digital transformation of business in Ukraine. It is designed to help companies enhance transparency, establish flexible reporting systems, strengthen financial management, and automate core business processes.
