SALTO: training of trainers on designing educational programmes

The European Network for Youth, SALTO, invites young people over the age of 18 from Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia to participate in a training of trainers focusing on Designing Educational Programmes in international training settings. The participants will learn to design methods and ways to integrate non-formal learning principles into training design.

The training course will take place from 4 to 10 December 2025, in Chisinau, Moldova.

This course is designed for people who are already working as trainers locally or internationally, willing to strengthen their digital competencies. A good level of English is necessary to participate in this course.

Board, lodging, local transportation, and programme costs will be covered upon full participation in the course. To balance the training budget, the organisers invite applicants to contribute a €50 participation fee, which will be deducted from the travel costs reimbursement. In justified cases, participants may request a discount or waive the contribution.

The deadline for applications is 10 October.

SALTO is a network of seven Resource Centres working on European priority areas within the youth field. The initiative provides non-formal learning resources for youth workers and youth leaders and organises training and contact-making activities to support organisations and National Agencies (NAs) within the framework of the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Youth programme, the European Solidarity Corps, and beyond.
