Germany: YEAs delivered a school presentation on EU and EU Enlargement in Mannheim, Germany

On 22 July, Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) delivered an interactive workshop at JSB Gymnasium in Mannheim to raise awareness about the European Union and its enlargement policy, with a particular focus on the Eastern Partnership (EaP).

The session introduced students to the YEA initiative and included a debate-style discussion on EU accession and the potential for new member states to join the Union. The activity encouraged critical thinking, civic engagement, and understanding of European integration among young people.

Results Achieved:

• 18 students gained knowledge about the EU, the Eastern Partnership, and enlargement processes.
  
• Increased awareness of the YEA initiative and its role in connecting youth with Europe.
  
• Fostered active participation through a structured debate on EU accession.
