This project aims to enhance the resilience and socio-economic opportunities of LGBT+ migrants, displaced persons, asylum seekers, and refugees, including those from Nagorno Karabakh, in Armenia. The initiative provides comprehensive support services, including legal, psychological, and social assistance. It focuses on strengthening economic empowerment through needs-based skills training and aims to amplify beneficiaries' employability by equipping them with job market essentials like CV writing and interview techniques. Key activities include providing at least 300 counseling sessions and training at least 30 participants in marketable skills, CV writing, and job interview preparation. The ultimate goal is to support LGBT+ individuals in Armenia and benefit the broader LGBT+ community and society by increasing access to vital services.
