“Diversity for an Inclusive Future” is a 36-month initiative led by HEKS-EPER Georgia and The Civic Education Teachers' Forum (CETF). The project aims to enhance social cohesion in Georgia by promoting civic, political, economic, social, and cultural rights of ethnic and religious minorities while fostering a tolerant and inclusive national identity. The intervention aligns with the call for proposals by strengthening civil society, advancing good governance, democratic values, and human rights in Georgia.
The action empowers minorities in social and political processes, cultivates cultural diversity, and promotes tolerance among all communities. It engages diverse stakeholders, including civil society organizations, grassroots groups, media, community leaders, cultural actors, schools, and policymakers, through a holistic methodology. Key activities include capacity building, co-creation processes, Social Laboratories, awareness campaigns, Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP), and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
The project ensures impact across sectors such as civil society, education, youth, and culture, while fostering collaboration among rights holders. This approach amplifies their voices and strengthens their influence on decision-making processes, contributing to inclusive governance, positive pluralism, and the protection of human rights in Georgia.

The action aligns closely with the objectives and priorities outlined in the call for proposals by:
• Strengthening civil society in Georgia while promoting good governance, democratic values, and human rights (global objective).
• Enhancing the role and leadership of minorities in social dialogue and political processes (specific objective).
• Promoting cultural diversity and fostering tolerance among both minority and majority populations (specific objective).

The primary expected results of the project are:
• The role and leadership of ethnic and religious minorities in social dialogue and in civil society and political processes is reinforced.
• The rich tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the diverse minority groups of Georgia is successfully used as a tool to foster cultural diversity and tolerance.
• Good practices drawn from the pilot and innovative initiatives are introduced for replication at the sociopolitical level, to ensure sustainable anchoring.
